A new review of a Beast Wars Season 1 episode, “Dark Voyage,” is now available:

“Dark Voyage” is one of those episodes that has the best of intentions – and yet falls comparatively flat. Perhaps it is the burden of trying to maintain a high level of execution – an expectation built by the fairly consistent successes of the Beast Wars series. The fact is, “Dark Voyage” has a solid theme, some good action, and even enough character development. Unfortunately, it just isn’t able to pull it all together in a manner that is noteworthy or inspiring.
