While “A Decepticon Raider In King Arthur’s Court” isn’t exceptional, it is a fun change of pace for the series. The fact is, from time to time, a series needs to step out of its comfort zone and just do something different – something silly, or whimsical, or even a little far-fetched. Even if the results aren’t particularly spectacular, and in this episode they aren’t, the need to cleanse the palette is vital to the continued overall success for a series. With that in mind, this episode is a success.
