A new review of a G1 Season 2 episode, “The Golden Lagoon,” is now available:
“The Golden Lagoon” is the Transformers version of the “environmentalist” episode. It looks, almost twenty-five years later, a bit hokey and quite a bit cheesy. But all comments about Disneyfied animation and tree-hugging hippies aside, it’s a profoundly meaningful episode. And it’s a story that is important to tell.
